Eisai, a human healthcare company, needed a helpful communication tool that actually made sense — both for patients trying to wrap their heads around a diagnosis and the busy healthcare professionals supporting them on their treatment journey.
How we made it happen
We rolled up our sleeves and designed a self-care journal that is clear, kind and easy to use. From the tone of voice to visual style, everything was designed to inform rather than overwhelm; to ease the load rather than add to it.
